Dr. Becky Lancione holds a Doctor of Chiropractic degree, CACCP certification in paediatric chiropractic, and credentials in Rock Tape movement therapy and PIPS technique. She co-founded Essential Health Clinic in 2016 with Crystal Tait, building a Vaughan clinic where assessment drives every decision.

01Assess
Full spinal exam before any adjustment.
Your chiropractor takes the full history first: when the pain started, what makes it worse, what you have tried. The physical exam covers posture, range of motion in every direction, joint palpation, and a neurological screen. This runs 20 to 30 minutes. No adjustment happens before the exam is finished.
