About Crystal
Crystal Tait co-founded Essential Health Clinic in 2016 with Dr. Becky Lancione, and brings over twenty years of clinical experience to every session. She is a Registered Massage Therapist regulated by the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario, and a certified Medical Laser Technician — two halves of one practice that meet whenever a patient's concern crosses from soft tissue into skin.
On the manual-therapy side, Crystal works in myofascial release, structural integration, the LINFA Method, Brazilian lymphatic drainage, and prenatal massage — with a focus on fascial release and nervous system regulation woven throughout her treatments. On the medical-aesthetics side, she delivers Lumecca IPL photofacials, Morpheus8 RF microneedling, Triton laser hair removal, AlumierMD medical-grade skincare protocols, and chemical peels — co-delivering Morpheus8 alongside Dr. Becky.

Crystal takes the history first — what hurts, when it started, what triggers it. She reviews posture, gait, breathing pattern, and range of motion. Palpation maps where the restriction lives. Twenty minutes of assessment, every visit. The session is shaped by what she finds, not a fixed protocol.
