Master of Osteopathic Manipulative Sciences. Practises myofascial release, counterstrain, and post-isometric relaxation. Patients remain fully clothed. Treats chronic pain, headaches, and mobility restrictions.

Psychodynamic and relational psychotherapy, brainspotting, and couples therapy. Works with anxiety, burnout, relationship difficulties, life transitions, and perimenopause. Virtual sessions available.
