These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of essentialhealthclinic.ca and the clinical services provided by Essential Health Clinic (“we”, “us”, “our”) at 8099 Weston Rd, Unit 28, Vaughan, ON L4L 0C1. By booking an appointment, attending a visit, or using this website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
Welcome
Essential Health Clinic is a multidisciplinary healthcare clinic offering chiropractic care, registered massage therapy, physiotherapy, osteopathy, psychotherapy, and aesthetic treatments. All services are delivered by practitioners registered in good standing with their respective Ontario regulatory colleges.
Appointments & Cancellations
We reserve appointment time exclusively for you. To avoid fees, we ask for at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations and no-shows may be charged the full appointment fee. See our No-Show & Cancellation Policy for full details.
Clinical Services & Outcomes
All treatments are tailored to your individual assessment. Results vary by patient based on health history, severity of concern, adherence to the treatment plan, and lifestyle factors. We do not guarantee specific clinical or aesthetic outcomes. Your practitioner will explain realistic expectations before any treatment begins, and informed consent is obtained for every clinical intervention.
Health Information & Consent
You are responsible for providing accurate, complete health history at intake and updating us if your health status changes. Treatment may be modified or declined if a contraindication is identified. See our Privacy Policy for how we collect, use, and protect your information.
Payments
Payment is due at the time of service. We accept Visa, Mastercard, debit, and cash. Itemised receipts are provided for submission to extended health benefit insurers. Direct billing depends on your insurer — confirm with us before your visit. Pricing is subject to change; current rates are confirmed at the time of booking.
